These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iSkills websites, learning platforms, mobile applications, products, services, and certificates (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Entities and Scope
1.1 The Service is operated by iSkills LLC (USA) and its affiliates, including iSkills Institute Limited (Pakistan) (“iSkills Pakistan”), which acts as an authorised enrolment and support partner.
1.2 References to “we”, “us”, or “our” include both entities collectively (“iSkills Group”).
1.3 Certificates for international programmes are issued solely under iSkills LLC (USA) and verified via https://app.iskills.com/certificate/.
1.4 Nothing in these Terms constitutes state accreditation, governmental recognition, or formal academic credit unless expressly stated on a programme page.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction).
2.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
2.3 Account sharing is prohibited. Violation may lead to termination without refund.
2.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts for false information, impersonation, or abuse.
3. Program Completion and Certification
3.1 Completion of a course requires satisfaction of all academic and attendance requirements defined for that programme.
3.2 Certificates are awarded only when:
• All assessments and attendance obligations are fulfilled;
• Minimum performance standards are met;
• All financial obligations are fully paid.
3.3 We may withhold or revoke a certificate for non-compliance, plagiarism, misconduct, or unpaid dues.
3.4 Verification of any certificate is available at https://app.iskills.com/certificate/ using its unique ID/QR code.
4. Academic and Behavioural Policies
4.1 Students must:
• Attend required sessions and complete 100 % assignments.
• Maintain a minimum overall score of 80 %.
• Avoid plagiarism or unauthorised assistance; violations lead to disqualification.
• Submit work on time; delays may reduce grades.
• Achieve at least 50 % in each assignment; otherwise, resubmission is required.
4.2 Threats, harassment, hate speech, or unethical conduct toward staff or peers will result in immediate termination without refund.
4.3 Defamation or spreading negativity about iSkills, its mentors, or programmes can trigger permanent removal.
5. Payments and Financial Obligations
5.1 You accept full responsibility for tuition and associated fees. Failure to pay results in de-registration and loss of access until settlement.
5.2 Payment deadlines and any granted extensions must be honoured; otherwise, enrolment may be cancelled without refund.
5.3 Fees are collected by iSkills Pakistan (for local payments) or by iSkills LLC (USA) or its authorised processors (for international payments).
5.4 Prices and payment schedules may change with prior notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
5.5 Installment defaults, chargebacks, or fraudulent payments authorise suspension and certificate revocation.
6. Offers, Promotions & Subscriptions
6.1 Promotional pricing or coupons are time-bound; enrolments before or after an offer period are not entitled to retrospective adjustment.
6.2 Certain programmes operate on subscription plans billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your dashboard or support channel.
6.3 Failure of auto-billing will generate an invoice to be cleared within the stated deadline.
7. Free Trials
7.1 Free trials, when offered, last 7 days unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Payment details are required at signup for seamless continuation after the trial.
7.3 Each user is eligible for one trial; multiple sign-ups may be cancelled.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
8.1 All purchases are final except as provided under our Refund Policy.
8.2 A refund may be requested within 15 days of programme start if you:
• Completed required classes,
• Executed all assignments and support steps,
• Implemented the tasks taught, and
• Still achieved no measurable improvement.
8.3 Refunds are denied if:
• The claim period has lapsed,
• You downloaded materials,
• You joined via flexible instalments,
• Any payment remains outstanding.
8.4 Usage-based or subscription trainings allow refund before 10 hours of watch-time.
8.5 Refund processing may take 5–14 business days once approved.
8.6 Changing your mind, non-attendance, or partial participation is not a valid reason for refund.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 All content—videos, documents, designs, code, exercises, slides, plugins, and materials—is the exclusive property of iSkills Group and/or licensors.
9.2 No rights or ownership are transferred to you. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially.
9.3 Reselling or sharing course materials, credentials, or access credentials is strictly prohibited and may incur a contractual penalty of US $25 000 per violation plus $1 500 per day of continuing breach, without prejudice to further damages.
9.4 Students shall not solicit or offer side businesses, employment, or commissions to staff, mentors, or trainees during or after enrolment.
10. Cross-Border Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 We collect and process personal data (e.g., enrolment details, assessments, payments, communications, certificates) solely for educational, verification, and compliance purposes.
10.2 You consent to the collection, storage, and transfer of your data between jurisdictions where iSkills operates—including but not limited to Pakistan, the United States, and other countries where servers or processors are located.
10.3 We employ appropriate contractual (Standard Contractual Clauses), organisational, and technical safeguards such as encryption, access controls, and limited retention.
10.4 We may use trusted third-party processors for hosting, analytics, communications, payments, and certificate verification.
10.5 You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal and operational limits.

11. Communications and Marketing
11.1 You consent to receive transactional messages (email/SMS/WhatsApp) about classes, assessments, and certificates.
11.2 You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.
11.3 Testimonials or success stories may be used without your explicit consent.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
12.1 The Service may link to or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, AI tools).
12.2 We are not responsible for their content, uptime, or data handling. Use them under their own terms.
13. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
13.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
13.2 iSkills Group disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement.
13.3 No guarantee is made of employment, revenue, traffic, ranking, or business success.
13.4 To the maximum extent allowed by law, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the higher of: (a) fees paid by you in the preceding three months or (b) US $100 (or local equivalent).
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iSkills Group, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Termination and Suspension
15.1 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for misconduct, breach, or misuse.
15.2 Termination results in loss of access to the LMS, groups, and materials, and forfeiture of fees.
15.3 Sections on IP, liability, data, and governing law survive termination.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or government actions.
17. Updates to Terms
iSkills Group may modify these Terms at any time. The revised version becomes effective upon posting. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
A. For users enrolled through iSkills Pakistan – governed by the laws of Pakistan; venue in the courts of Lahore.
B. For all other users – governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Parties may agree to confidential arbitration in lieu of court proceedings.
19. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and iSkills Group. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
